Many things around us are designed for average sized people. That means sometimes it is harder for shorter people to reach things in stores, push buttons on elevators and do other things that taller people can reach. Most of the time a person with dwarfism will use a step stool to step up to reach something or sometimes they might use a stick or a grabber. Sometimes they will ask for help from someone nearby if something is out of reach and a step stool or stick is not available. They probably use the same things in the same ways that you would use them if you could not reach something. It might not be the same way as everyone else but one way or the other they get it done.
