How do I get the UD website translated into a different language?

The UD Program is starting to develop Understanding Dwarfism International. We are accepting requests to translate the Understanding Dwarfism website into different languages. By doing this we are able to educate the entire world by eliminating language as a barrier in the education process. This will allow anyone to use the UD Program as a source of information and awareness without having to recreate what already exists. The translation process takes a while to ensure that it is done correctly. If you would like to request a language for translation, please contact us.

Understanding Dwarfism is a program dedicated to changing the world’s perception of a group of people who throughout history have been miss understood and stigmatized because of their profound short stature.

Our hopes are that through education, understanding and awareness people will begin to see persons with dwarfism for their positive contributions to society - equally capable and deserving of a life free of stereotypes and equal to that of any other.

Get a unique perspective of how people with dwarfism see the world and what they want you to know. Understand their challenges, their contributions, and find out how much you really have in common with someone you might think is much different than you.
