Mathias Mester is an athlete specializing in the Javelin Throw. He lives, works and trains in Germany where he resides in a flat with 4 other people. After working in an office during the day, Mathias enjoys meeting up with friends and enjoys good food. He trains two times a day putting in several hours a week when it comes to his Javelin throwing. Mathias will be starting at several important Tournaments including the German National Championships, the World and European Championships and the Paralympics. He recently threw a new European Record in his class : 41.60m! He is currently training for the Paralympics in Rio in 2016. While Mathias is in good shape, he understands that there is much work to do in order to reach his goal of winning a gold medal in Rio.
